Gage Cass Woodle

I teach people to meet the machine on purpose, and I test it so they can.

Gage Cass Woodle is an Austin-based AI ethics designer, immersive producer and writer. He founded AI for All, an AI coaching practice that helps non-technical people use AI with judgment rather than blind trust, and E.D.A.I. (Ethical Deployment of AI), a self-published protocol for testing whether an AI system can be trusted before people rely on it. He is not an engineer. He thinks the problem through in conversation with AI, rules on what the work claims and refuses to claim, and keeps a public record of where it has been wrong.

Now

Before

Most recently he was estate manager for a private family in Austin (2025 to 2026), hired to run capital construction and then given the whole estate.

For most of his career Gage has produced live experiences. He worked with Hall of Flowers from 2023 to 2025: first as lead exhibition coordinator, running freight and exhibits through BWG Events, then as Senior Producer and Director of Exhibitor Operations, and finally as Head of Experience. In 2025, with the high-end event production company Veda, he worked on the All-In Summit in Los Angeles, the inaugural Planet Home gala at the Boston Center for the Arts during Tough Tech Week, and BVNK's Stablecoin Arcade at Fintech Nerdcon in Miami. At the All-In Summit he was hired as sponsorship coordinator and took on producing 2wai's presence on site. Afterward, the owners of Veda and 2wai proposed him as chief of staff for a new venture to put 2wai's AI avatars into public information kiosks. They developed it for several months; it never launched. Earlier, he was a senior producer on Dreamforce 2023 for George P. Johnson and ran external operations for the SoundStorm festival in Riyadh.

In 2011 he co-founded Mythic Bridge, a Brooklyn nonprofit that taught filmmaking and life skills to at-risk teenagers, and served as its executive director, full time until 2017 and less involved through 2019. There he executive produced Concrete Stories: Killing It With Kindness, which earned a New York Emmy nomination (NATAS New York chapter, Teen Program/Special). His students' film on cyberbullying was runner-up at the 2016 AT&T Cyberbullying Film Invitational, part of the All American High School Film Festival. As its executive director he was invited as a guest to the PVBLIC Foundation's program at the United Nations in three separate years. He presented at SXSWedu in 2015 and 2016 and received the Anasazi Foundation Young Leader Award in 2014.
